I recently purchased and started to use your printer migration tool and ran into an error that was preventing the migration. I contacted your support team and [they] responded. I have to praise [them] and your company on the way my request was handled. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a vendor not first blame something on our system for causing the problem. Not only did he not blame our system ( which help solve the problem sooner) but after researching the problem was able to duplicate the problem. The amazing thing is he admitted there was a problem. This was refreshing on so many levels. The problem was resolved and my migration is now going very well.

The client I'm working where we implemented PPP 10 months ago
and it is excellent. We've been able to use it to modify the settings on over
100 workstations and 15 different printers with ease. Without PPP the
technician here would be up to his eyeballs in problems with printers. Keep
up the good work. |

Yes, actually we really liked what we saw
with PPP, so much so that I bought it the next day. For years we would
install printers locally, and manually 'tune' each one's settings. We
were nervous to use NDPS to do it, since we'd still have to go to each PC and
set the properties.
I think it's one of the better investments we've made over the years.
