The web based Administrator allows system administrators to manage and provision the following printer types:
- TCP/IP or Direct IP printers
- LPR Printers
- Windows shared printers: per-user
- Windows shared printers: per-workstation

Deploy printers
- Deploy printers by IP address range membership
- Deploy printers by Active Directory user, computer or group membership

Update & rename printers
- Update printer name, port information, drivers, and settings, and then sync changes with end user printers
- Remove printers from end user computers

- Upload floor maps and drag printer objects to their physical location

Print Job Auditing
Print job auditing allows you to view the following print job information:
- Printer name
- Computer name
- User name
- # pages printed

Import & convert Novell or Microsoft printers
Import your existing Novell or Microsoft printers using the built in printer import feature. After the printers are imported use the printer conversion feature to silently and seamlessly convert existing Novell or Microsoft end user printers to managed TCP/IP printers.
