• Software:
  Windows 2003 / 2008 Server or newer 
  * IIS, MySQL & PHP are automatically installed during setup
• Hardware:
  • 1.5 GHz processor (Recommended: 2.0 Ghz) for up to 15,000 users. Add an additional CPU for every 15,000 end users thereafter.
  • 2GB RAM (Recommended: 4.0 GB) for up to 15,000 users. Add an additional 2GB of ram for every 15,000 end users therafter.
  • 10 GB of free hard disk space for Printer Installer, PHP and MySQL. Add 50MB per unique print driver model uploaded. Add 3MB per user if auditing will be enabled (1 year of logs).

Client Workstations

• Operating System:
  XP, XP x64, 2003, 2003 x64, Vista, Vista x64, Windows 7, Windows 7 x64, 2008, 2008 x64, 2008 R2
• Browser:
  IE 6 +, Chrome 8 +,  Firefox 3 +. A browser is not required if printer self-service installation is not desired. For example, if you are deploying printers by group membership, the client workstation would not need a browser.
• Hardware:
  Hardware capable of running the OS with 4MB free hard disk space for the Printer Installer Client installation. Add addition space for print drivers being installed.
