Quick to set up and easy to maintain, PPP consists of two separate software pieces, The Administrator's Console (PPPAdmin) and the Client Agent (PPPClient).

Administrators use PPPAdmin to associate groups to printer.

Simply select a printer and then select the group or container object that you want to receive that printer.

Now run PPPClient.exe from the same location as PPPAdmin.exe with a login script on all end user workstations and depending on the end users or end computer group membership PPPClient.exe will install the associated printers. Example login script to automatically call the PPPClient.exe when end users login:

start \\server\share\ppp\pppclient.exe

A nag pop-up will appear only on the trial version. Purchased versions will not show anything to the end users and the end users will get the printers installed in the background immediately upon login.
